Also there are super high ceilings which require painters to climb on and off and move throughout the room, making it very time-consumer. But she got it done with precision detail. She sanded down the kitchen and sealed up cracks, repaired the damage that was there when I moved in, repainted the trim throughout the 3 rooms and did an excellent job.
