"I gotta tell ya, Roger is the man! He recently had his crew did some work on my back porch, installing screens, plexiglass, and a door, and boy, did he knock it out of the park! The screens weren't his, and neither was the door - he got 'em from a different company. But Roger and his men? They didn't bat an eye. They took those pieces and made 'em fit like they were made for my porch. Now, my porch has several imperfections, and the frames were not even. But that didn't stop Roger. He worked around all those bumps and chips, fitting in the screens and plexiglass like a pro. Not a gap in sight when he was done! And let's talk about communication. Roger kept me in the loop the whole time. No fancy jargon or anything, just straight talk about what he was doing and how he was doing it. Made the whole thing feel like a breeze. Now, I know what you're thinking - this must've cost a fortune, right? Wrong! Roger's prices were super reasonable. I mean, considering the top-notch job he did, I would've expected to pay a lot more. So, if you're looking for a contractor, give Roger a call. This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done.
