"He was very responsive.  I called around 7:30pm, and he was able to come out 7:00am the next morning.  He arrived at 6:59am and was pleasant and professionally dressed.  My husband and I were pretty sure of the problem, but felt more comfortable having an expert handle the repair.  Nevertheless, he spent almost an hour troubleshooting before repairing the very problem we identified.  I have spoken to no one who thinks $300 is a fair rate for changing a shorted outlet!!  I believe in paying for quality work; but the cost should match the work required.

I had agreed to pay extra.  They also wrapped some lights around trees and about two days later one of the strings went out and they said there was nothing they could do about that.  When they came out to take them down they essentially ripped everything down."
