He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn't seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn't extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe.
