If there are any issues with the service, getting in touch with Roy is nearly impossible. He promises to return and fix any problems but then fails to show upmonths can go by without a single update, and you wont hear from him unless you repeatedly reach out. I would highly recommend finding a more reliable contractor who stands behind their work and provides better customer service. he still owe me $2800 and he stopped answering me. "
