I am so grateful that they simply followed the trail of damage and repaired the reasons for the overheating rather than just give me a new radiator or look for a lot of other repairs to find.  Given how badly it seems this car was treated now that they were into it, they could easily have made up so much more damages and I'd never have known the difference.  They took care of my car like I was a relative.  They found the source of my current problem and fixed it so that I'd never have to deal with it again.  They did it in a timely manner, kept the cost under control and I feel secure with the work they did.  Time has proved that out.  It's been quite a while since I was in that shop and have not had any more problems with overheating.

It went well and so far everything seems fine.  We are glad we called Alpha Plumbing as they really knew what they were doing since this water heater is a little different from the usual kind.

Jamie and his crew were very nice to work with and quite knowledgeable too.  Just had new flooring put in and they were very very careful while removing and replacing water heater.

"The main reason for calling them was two jobs involving some height and difficult access -- reattaching a roof fascia that was coming off and creating a new interior window frame for a new skylight (turned out that the roofers who installed skylights did not do anything interior!). Both of these went quickly and well. As did a small job installing a valve in a shower line. However there were problems with the next item on the list (we felt we were committed to paying for an entire afternoon.) This was installing a new light fixture -- something we generally do ourselves if the location is accessible. Turned out the guy who came is afraid of electricity because he recently experienced a bad shock. Initially he wanted to turn off all the electricity in the house. Although we talked him out of that and worked with him to find the circuit breaker that turned off the appropriate circuit, it was in a dark hallway and we did not closely supervise the work. And he was in a hurry because they had told him he had to go on to pick up doors for another job the next day. Although he had been very careful to check every step of the way on every other job, he did not on this last one. And afterwards we found that this unusual fixture (two light track arms extending from a base) had been installed improperly so the arms could not be unfolded and extended. We had to take it down and reinstall it ourselves. We requested a small reduction in the charge, half of the time attributable to this job because we felt responsibility for the problem was shared, and that request was granted."

He arrived the same day and quickly replaced the disposal and identified a leak in the surrounding worn out plumbing which he fixed at the same time at no additional cost. I scheduled him two weeks later for replacement of the faucet and he again arrived on time, expertly replacing the faucet at a great price. He professionalism shows with his polite demeanor, his clean work both times and assurance of my satisfaction with his work before leaving my home. I will continue to work with Danny on future plumbing for my home. Thanks!"

House and plumbing is 56 years old. When the first repair (to replace washers) proved insufficient, they returned with the correct cartridges and replaced both. Adjustment was made due to need to return with correct parts.
