"I would highly recommend Ericsen Contracting! Eric ended up being the perfect fit for our project and literally made our vision come alive. I had many ideas, multiple products and his attention to detail, advice and experience let it all come together so successfully. Our project included everything exterior…the roof (asphalt and metal), replacing skylights, front door and exterior light replacements, gutters, soffits, metal trim, cedar woodwork, monogram siding, cedar impressions and Versetta stone. We also had 2 half moon windows taken out and he did all the sheetrock and interior finishing work for those areas. He took into account every little detail and always held the highest standards for his work and those that work for him. I am still in awe of all the work and detail put into the project. He was 100% invested in us from project start to finish. His estimate was not the lowest, but his passion for the project is what originally won us over and we don’t regret it."

It sounds like the financing and closing tactics left you feeling pressured, which isn't ideal. However, the actual door installation work was top-notch. Good communication to the point of annoyance at times, but that's preferred over silence. While their app has some areas for growth, the fact that it's still better than a Home Depot or Lowe's partnered install is a significant point in their favor. Power Home Remodeling is pricier, but the superior installation quality seems to justify the higher cost in your experience. For anyone considering Power Home Remodeling, be prepared for a potentially lengthy sales process with assertive financing and closing techniques. However, if a high-quality installation is your priority and you're willing to invest more, they appear to deliver excellent results."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. He was even present when the insurance inspector came out to look at my roof. I feel I would not have succeeded on my own in negotiating anything with my insurance company. The roofing crew was very efficient in their work. Everyone on the team had a job to do, no time was wasted.
