"We had them come out to quote installation of windows and ended up purchasing new doors as well. Then we had them quote new siding. They did an awesome job installing the windows we had and removing/re-installing the new entrance and screen doors. Then we had them remove existing siding, install new siding which turned out fantastic. We wanted a couple of things changed and Jose was quick to fix any issues we had or changes we made. We liked DLR enough that we are having them add to our existing deck and do some custom deck building. Jose and his crew show up when promised and will make sure you are completely satisfied with the job before moving on. Absolutely recommend DLR for most any project."

"We had a bathroom floor repaired due to it sinking. John and helper was professional, communicated every step that was going to be made. Would recommend and will use them again!"

"Excellent company to work with, from estimate to clean up after the job. No hassles and will definitely use them again. The roof and gutters look fantastic. Thanks for the great service."

"Our 100+ year old house had some very real structural problems (some of which couldnâ t be totally evaluated until some walls were opened up) but Scott was very honest when presenting what needed to be done. He was accurate on the timeline, and he and his crew showed up every day. Communication was good - we always knew at what stage the project was at, and anytime there was something unexpected that came up, we always knew about it. I felt that the pricing was more than fair and I would definitely use Essence Construction in the future."

"They helped me install a window I had. They did it quickly and didn't make a huge mess. Helped me out after doing a prior project on the same day. It was nice to get two things done in one day. Thanks!!!!"

"I absolutely love how our kitchen turned out. Our small galley (or is it galy?) kitchen turned out much larger than we expected. The guys were great to work with. Only issue we ran into was waiting on plumbing fixtures-we were provided temporary ones so wasn't a huge deal."

"Jose was willing to do any changes, no problem, but there was an additional cost for every addition."

"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to

"The workmanship was excellent. The work was completed within the time frame agreed upon as well as the price quoted. Everything was done very professionally from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Dave Navarro Construction for any interior remodeling. I will definitely use him again - without hesitation."
