"We hired Backyard Experts for a retaining wall replacement and I was pretty happy with the overall outcome until I noticed an issue with the grade/slope of the wall. When I brought it to Ronnie's attention he didn't hesitate to acknowledge the issue and immediately told me he would address it. Within a couple of weeks he had another crew out to the house and they didn't do any half measures. They demo'd and re-built the wall. Excellent, responsive customer service after the sale.
