He arrived with another associate, and both men were very nice. I like the fact that they’re thoroughly explain everything and don’t try to pressure you into buying anything at the very end. He fully explained that in a few months I would be due for another filter, but that everything else was OK. He also explained what would happen if I did not change the filter which was helpful. "Everlight Solar and their products are great, I would highly recommend it! I was extremely skeptical on this at first, but my energy consigliere Nick Carnagey was very patient and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. And anytime I had a question or concern he and the rest of the staff at Everlight were always super helpful and quick to respond. The system looks great! It consistently performs as Everlight said it would or better. Our first energy bill with the system on for a month was only $45 which was mostly the basic hookup and service fees. The install process took only an afternoon and the install guys could not have been more professional or courteous. You really can't go wrong with the folks at Everlight and the systems they use and install."

"They did great, swapped out an outlet so that it would work with our new AC, handled everything over text and asked detailed questions, and was super patient with the fact that I had no idea what I was doing. They were able to come out the next day and the outlet works and looks great, they were in and out pretty quickly and were super professional the whole time. Would highly recommend these guys, and would definitely go with them in the future if we need more work done. Also was super kind to ask if vacuuming was ok, or if it would freak our cats out, and our super grumpy little cat even felt comfortable coming out while he was around, too. Great experience overall. "I chose them b/c they could come out the soonest. Had to call the electrician to come fix what he did the day before. He did come out very promptly and fixed the issue but it was something that should have been done right the first time (ie was very obviously wrong just by looking at it). Not sure if I got a good price on the service but definitely didn't feel like a bargain. The electrician was very nice, however, and very clearly wanted to provide the best service. I won't use them again but wouldn't go so far as to say they provided bad service."
