"Gerald showed up on time and actually was able to make the repairs to the system immediately. The cost was probably higher than normal but he came in the early evening (6:15pm) and stayed until he finished the work. (8:45pm!) He also took the time to give us a tutorial on our Hunter System. I would rather pay more for quality work and professionalism, than have a lower price with poor quality. The previous owner went that route and the exterior parts of the system froze and needed to be replaced. Overall very happy with Gerald and G&N Irrigation. I would highly recommend them."

Bryan from this company came out and immediately knew how to resolve all the problem spots and fix the heads to spray how they needed. "My first 1-2 uses of Lucas went relatively smoothy and without a hitch. They did cancel their appointments on me a few times ... but generally they eventually showed up! This last time was a real disaster though. First off - after paying $180 for someone to come an turn on your irrigation system (with some needed, minor repairs), you'd expect to find your system in working order. Unfortunately for me, despite paying a relatively high amount of money to them - my grass started to be brown in some spots. I only discovered that they actually never activated my irrigation/water management system - and the sprinkler was actually not set to run on a schedule!! So, in the end, they completely failed to do the job that I paid them to do. They never informed me that they ran into technical issues activating the hardware - they just proceeded to charge me and hope that I wouldn't notice! I complained to them via email and they never even responded to my outreach. Nada, Zilch. (i wonder if they'll follow-up here via AngiesList since now this is a visible show of their failure!) So - if you like this service - then go ahead and use them. However, be aware that they don't take ownership of completing the job as they should and certainly failed me in this case! The professionally is seriously under question for me."

"The truck was here on time as scheduled. He would not dump the mulch in the yard because they company had a problem with their truck sinking into a leeching field. I told him that our field was out back but he said he couldn't put it anywhere except in the driveway, which I understood. It just made it a bit more difficult for me to carry it over to where I needed it. Other than that the product was excellent and it lasted at least three years before I needed to replace it. I would definitely use their products again."
