We contacted the installer, National Design Mart of Medina and discovered they don't seal their granite. That's when we called Smith Metal & Marble Restoration. Stuart Smith did the estimate and the service. He is experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and a true professional. Stuart repaired the chip so that it is undistinguishable, polished the granite, and sealed it. The counters looked immediately new like they should have looked all along. He also caulked our under mount sink to prevent water from seeping under the granite. We highly recommend Smith Metal & Marble Restoration. Don't bother looking anywhere else!"

"Let me first start with a huge thank you to the sales and install team that I worked with on this project. It was smooth, seamless and quite frankly one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to remodeling. Mary Jo (sales) instantly became part of the family on day one. The kids, our dogs and my wife and I absolutely loved our interactions with her. She was incredibly knowledgable, transparent, and ultra-flexible to ensure she was meeting our needs every step of the way. We could not have asked for more. Ray (carpenter) was one of the most professional contractors I have ever seen. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our time and our property. With the exception of when the countertops came off (only one day), our kitchen was never out of service and I could not have appreciated that more. And the finished product, let's just say it was AMAZING in every way. There was even a point near the end of the job where I accidentally put a ding in one of the brand new doors and Ray saved us from a divorce (joking) by instantly taking the door to the shop & having it repaired as if nothing ever happened. The folks from Rock Solid were amazing as well - one day in and out and we had beautiful new granite one the amazing base that Ray created for us. We noticed a small discrepancy in the finished product, but without hesitation they came out and fixed it on the spot. Again, amazing service. If I were to ever do a job like this again I would hire this whole crew in an instant. The people were great, the price was right on, and the finished product was more than I could have hoped for. We are not the professional . They would not come out so we called miracle stone they had to take up what was done and I’m so extremely happy with the job. In addition, he improved the look of the space itself by making the table blend seemlessly into the wall. The original look had had a gap between the wall tiles and the built-in. "Our beautiful granite counters really look good with the sealer on them, they feel exceptionally smooth, easy to clean them now. The tile sealer in the bath and laundry rooms was worth the money. The grout will stay looking good, the color is protected and water wear and tear is no longer a concern. The water rolls off the shower doors, so much easier to clean, soap does not stick / scum up. <br /> <br /> The next service we are calling Kris for is our toilets. They will be much much easier to clean once they are sealed. We all know if we could make cleaning toilets easier we should. We highly recommend Kris and HydoSheild. You will not find a nicer guy and he is very professional, looked good and was very knowledgeable. If you have granite, tile, or glass shower doors, everyone has toilets, you should call Kris and get the HydoSheild service!"

"Bob was able to accommodate our job during the busy period where we could not get anyone else to take it. He was responsive and reasonable in pricing. He also gave us good suggestions for the backsplash and helped us save money by removing some non essential accessories. He and his worker installed the tiles the first day. His workers did grouting the second day. Bob came to finally inspect the job and fix minor faults. They cleaned up each day. Overall we were very happy with the job and the price. <br />"

"They saved me thousands of dollars over other vinyl window companies. The windows look beautiful. They installed the windows on Saturday and Sunday so I did not have to miss work. The installers cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old windows. They explained to me how the windows worked and left me the warranty information. "As part of a bathroom make-over and after finally deciding to go w/ natural stone, visited the Firenza Stone shop and found a huge selection of "remnant" materials, which were perfect for making a small countertop ... picked through all and found a piece we loved, but a specific section of the piece, not at either end ... Tony asked us to show him the section, he said no problem and marked it off ... and, again because of the small size of the vanity we had, sinks were limited, but Tony showed us a nice porcelain undermount, that would work perfectly, and we added that to the list ... about one week later, the crew showed up ... the only hiccup being they came about 2 hours early, without notice ... not a big deal, as we were there and in the process of removing the existing unit, but just a little more hectic ... install went smoothly, and it looks great. <br />"

"We had an excellent experience with Landmark. Debbie Ternai is the sales manager there and she is knowledgable and excellent in her field. She is a dynamic person with a good eye for design and makes the process of granite selection fun. We interviewed several other competitors, such as Stoneworks and Acme-Arsena, and they had very little individualized customer service compared to Landmark. Debbie went with us to countless granite warehouses with our cabinet door in hand to match colors and even contacted warehouses out of the area to get us the granite we wanted. She was a very good listener and knew very quickly what we were looking for and wanted to achieve in our house. Other granite houses say, "Go to Mont or UGM and tag a piece of stone and we'll get a price for you." Some didn't even follow through on calling us back with pricing. The fabrication and installation team at Landmark was excellent and definitely knew what they were doing. They had to carve out a hole for our cooktop on site and modify backsplashes in the field, with no mistakes. We had a very pleasant experience with every one of Landmark's staff members and would definitely recommend Landmark's services to others looking to replace countertops in their home."
