"You don't find a service man who would tell you how to fix something simple yourself and not charge you (the instructions he gave me I found later on the back of the garage door opener) HONEST

"After seeing a coupon and reading some reviews on Angie's list, I called Paul at 8:00am after the refrigerator had not been working for the past 24 hours. He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair. We will keep his business card handy for any other repairs we need."

"The tech realigned the door senor."

""O'Hara immediately responded and Ryan came to our house within a day and made a complete examination of our concrete tile roof where we had leak problems. He was prompt and very thorough, removing many tiles to survey the damage and made what appeared to us a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. He started the very next day and with the help of other knowledgeable employees and the owner, the job was completed expeditiously to our complete satisfaction. The problem turned out to be more than just one part of a leaking underlayment. This one section of our roof was poorly installed in a number of ways when the house was built and Ryan pointed it all out to me. I readily agreed that a repair to this section of our roof was needed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Erik Lessing. ""

"Handyman repaired windows: he was resourceful and knowledgeable in repairing the mechanisms that needed attention. One mechanism could not be repaired and had to be replaced; we agreed that I would order the part, which could not be purchased at a store, and that he would stop by later to replace it. That was weeks ago...."
