"We had our siding and gutters replaced to include gutter guards as we have leaf season rather than fall. From start to finish this was the easiest renovation we've ever had done. We never had to make a phone call for any updates. The siding crew and gutter crew were awesome! They all worked hard and were very friendly and informative. The siding was completely finished in two days and the gutters in one. The project manager Jahleel was great with updates and checking on the crew's work. Super nice person!! We would enthusiastically recommend Home Genius for any exterior renovations."

"Was fighting with a company trying to get more money out of my insurance to go over board with the repairs to my siding. High Rise came in and got the job done within 2 weeks after a year of back and forth with an other company. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great guys very friendly and made sure I was informed as to anything happening on the project. A++ in my book."

"I’m very happy with my new siding and the install process Garrett was very great to talk to when I first wanted to do the siding. The project itself was very fast and wonderful to watch. Darryl the project manager was very responsive in his communication with me. Overall I love the siding and I would recommend home genius to any of my friends or family"

"Has not been completed yet but they have been great so far. Justin was awesome and showed up when he said he would. The other pros we contacted did not show up or canceled us for something else. We felt seen and heard through K & H. Like we were a priority."

"Charles V. And Justin F are doing my siding project and I couldn’t be more grateful! I would recommend them to any homeowner and they made me feel safe and cared about. I can’t wait to see the completion😊."

"We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Louis was exceptional from start to finish—his communication was consistently excellent, he showed up when he said he would, supervised his crew day in and day out, and handled every question or concern with patience and grace. We have a very large home with Spanish tile, which made this a particularly involved project. When a few tiles inevitably broke, Louis went above and beyond to come back and replace them. Months later, when we needed help with water runoff, he came back again to make sure it was properly addressed. He even used a drone to show us progress and keep us informed along the way. Louis built our trust through his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to doing the job right. He made what could have been a stressful project feel incredibly well managed. We highly recommend him and his team! We are so grateful to Louis and his crew at R & R Roofing! Sincerely, Kate & John Sales, Boulder, Co"

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

"They were prompt, courteous, did an excellent job, answered questions and concerns that I had, and were quick to contact me when I identified a question. The crew cleaned up the yard and deck very nicely after the roofing was completed. Though the house cat did not appreciate the noise that goes with the job, we will appreciate the confidence of a lifetime warranty on the roofing."

"Thank you, K&G Solutions!! This is a locally owned and operated business. The owner, Greg obviously takes great pride in his business, and strives for the best experience possible for his customers. We recently had windows replaced, and the process went very smoothly. Greg provided a quick estimate, and even expedited the replacement, as I was waiting to paint the house, until the windows were replaced. Greg stopped by very quickly, after the job was finished, to ensure everything was properly taken care of. Our new windows are a huge improvement, and cut out a lot of heat we get from the west in the late afternoon, just as promised. I would highly recommend these folks for any window replacement, siding, or roofing needs. Let them know I sent you! "*The Business*
I met Tom Higgins at the Denver Home expo and was very impressed with his industry knowledge.  He was professional and was concerned about what was important to me in residing my house.  I obtained 3 bids for the work and Tom's bid was inline with the other bids.  I decided to go with Tom because of his professionalism, honesty and integrity.  He outlined the process and was very thorough within his presentation.  The bid laid out all of the expectations and didn't leave much up to interpretation.  Compared to the other contractors, I could tell that Tom cared about the way he presented his business, and created clear expectations of the project.  Truth be told he was a little more expensive than the other bids we received, but the confidence that I had in him compared to the other contractors made it an easy decision.  Tom Higgins knows the business inside and out, will put your needs first and cares that the work is done right.
*The work*
The work started precisely within the timeframe that Tom gave us, and there were no surprises along the way.  Within a few days of the delivery of a dumpster, port-o-potty, and the permit work began on the house.  The crew worked very efficiently and had the entire house re-sheathed, wrapped and sided within 1 week.  Tom even included a "personal touch" in adding crown molding to our porch, which looks great!  Tom, and his wife Sherri, helped us pick the paint colors that match the existing features on our house, which was a big help too!  The painting crew (that Tom set up) arrived and had the house caulked, painted and finished within 3 days.  He truly took care of all the work from start to finish.
*The Verdict*
There are too many ways to list how Tom took care of us through our siding project.  If you are looking for a contractor that you know will take care of your needs in a professional manner, and want to eliminate the fear of ending up with a poor finished product, then you have found your contractor.  It has long been said, "You get what you pay for", but in Tom's case, Superior Products delivers much much more."
