Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."

Darren came out and ran the camera finding the collapsed clean out. It was within a foot of the County clean out and everyone thought it was the Counties. The County came out and said theirs was fine. Darren came back out and identified the additional clean out as something someone (county workers) had installed illegally when the regular clean out was installed. Long story but two houses connected to the main with no clean out. In 2003 the County separated the lines and added clean outs. "They were okay. I had an upstairs bathtub and it was leaking a lot and they fixed it. They put a steel mesh around the tub so that the rodents couldn't get to it. He went above and beyond. I am satisfied with his work. He is very communicative, explains things, tells you what he did and what he found."

"Contacted Kim at shecan2 and told her that we would like to get an estimate on replacing a vanity top in our bathroom. She set up an appointment time to come out and arrived at the scheduled time. We told her what we would like to get done and she saw what needed to be done to accomplish the needed repairs. We decided to replace the large mirror with smaller one. She sent us an estimate by e-mail of the cost to complete the work we needed done. We decided to have it done and set a scheduled time for them to come out and go to work. Kim and Steve both arrived at the scheduled time as she had the mirror for Steve to install and she also let Steve know the work that needed to be done. Steve got right to work and had most of it done that day but needed to come back in order to complete the job He arrived the next day promptly on time to complete the job. Our plumbing to hook up the new faucet needed to be replaced as it was the older plumbing hook up which was included in the estimate. Steve finished the job and did an excellent job in matching our paint as we did not know what color it was. The work was done professionally and the communication was excellent the whole time of the job. We would definitely use them again for future work."
