"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "When I submitted my request on Angi's, Andy Bowen responded quickly with a phone call. He was able to come look at my front door and the storm door that had blown off it's hinges. He gave me a reasonable quote. The very next day, he and his crew made the repairs. They were professional, friendly, and performed excellent work. They had to replace some wood around the frame of my storm door, paint it, and rehang my door. I can't tell that the frame was ever damaged. They also adjusted my front door so it had less of a gap between the frame and closed better to eliminate drafts. Andy was very particular about the work done.
