"DO NOT USE THIS Company I hired Modtek roofing to replace my roof on my home after Hurricane Ian. It now is leaking in my Master bedroom in my home. I was given a 25 year warranty on my roof. It hasnâ t even been a year and the roof is failing. I have called the office one a week for the past 3 weeks requesting repairs before I have more damage. I am told by Liz she will let Luke know and she will get back to me. Still to date 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and no response. The make no effort to make things right or honor the warranty. Horrible company. Please see photos done by inspectors."
