"Discovered valves were frozen in water supply to washer/dryer with new appliances expected the next morning. Contacted Tom Allore and explained our predicament. He was on another job but promised to try to help us. He came that afternoon and fixed the problem so we could get the new appliances hooked up in the morning. We were so pleased with his willingness to help us solve our problem and the quality of the work we have subsequently hired him to provide further plumbing services. He is competent, knowledgeable, fairly priced and a delight to work with."

"I bought a brand new system in 2022 and signed up for the monthly maintenance . Recently I have been having issues with rusty water coming into the house . I called them and they came and dumped salt and acid . It didn?t fix the issue so I called back and couldnt reach them . I called another company and this is what they find . So much for monthly service and the 185 dollar service call . I am cutting my losses with this company and got a new system . I did call to cancel My service and they were going to call me back. Still waiting ! Go elsewhere !!!oh and yes that?s a rats nest in the motor . "
