I have been lied to by the scheduler, the warehouse manager/project manager failed to properly conduct a review of the order placed or complete an accurate inventory of job materials. I have been waiting over a month for the remaining windows to arrive and even after multiple visits to measure and take pictures of windows to be replaced, errors were made and I now have to wait another month for that window to arrive as well. Shayna apologizes profusely and states she is taking action, however, those who she is dealing with are ignoring her and not doing what they should have in the first place.
