"We had converted our half bath into a full bathroom. Bridgestone construction offered accurate timelines, competitive pricing and committed people to complete the work. They also handled all the paperwork and permitting and followed up with our local inspectors so that the work could be completed on time. They were extremely clear at all the milestones and payments were structured after the work was completed. Their people kept to covid protocols (taking temperatures everyday, masks all the time, daily record of everyone who was working), and worked with very high quality. Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with, He did a great job of minimizing disturbances to us. They were great at adapting to all the various issues that came up to ensure the job was completed on time with high quality."

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) "We absolutely love our new home. We had our kitchen remodeled, our hallway, which is now our beautiful laundry area, our two bathrooms, new flooring installed in those areas, recessed lighting, new central air and heat, the electrical upgraded, new plumbing in areas that needed it, the exterior and interior painted, and our structure retrofitted. Even though we didnâ t add square footage the inside of our home is unrecognizable. Everyone that comes to our home canâ t believe the changes, and how beautiful it came out. We love it! He was with us from the get go and through to completion. Meshi was added to our project shortly after we started. So there were now two Project Managers. Every good relationship does have some stumbles, how they are resolved determines everything. Whenever we had questions or concerns during the project we immediately received a text, a phone call, or Ben or Meshi would drop by. They were hands on, and never difficult to reach. They both immediately addressed any issues we had. When the project was complete Ben and Meshi even brought our fur babies fun gifts and tasty snacks, along with a gift for us. About three months later, we noticed some issues. We contacted Meshi and Ben via text and sent pictures. She immediately sent someone out and the job was complete within 24hrs. The project took about three months to complete. Overall, we had a great experience, and we are very happy with the outcome, the professionalism, and the time frame.
