"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

"Brian, the service tech. was prompt and knew his skills. He repaired my water heater in adequate time and was both kind and understand to the situation. The back office customer service ladies were WONDERFUL...ALL were friendly, welcoming, and managed to offer a service time that was the best for both parties. Thank You ALL for your kindness...:-)"

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Very professional Patrick Gere got the repairs done in one hour and explained everything he did while getting me the promised minimal expense cost."

"Curt came out first to do an assessment, and did an amazing job. Thorough, professional, and exact. Then, 4 days later Chris, Phil, Jose, and Jorge came to do the demo of our old boiler and water heater, and install of the new ones. We could not possibly be happier with the results! They did an incredible job, the new pipework from both systems are beautiful, and most importantly, the heat in the house is perfect and evenly distributed. If you want perfection, hire Pipe Works. They are the best."

"Immediate response fast to showing up and very knowledgeable informing me as he went along with what he was doing even showed me where the break was giving me options on the repair"

"Al was the most persistent in responding to my request for a plumber, so I chose him even though he had no reviews yet because he was new to HomeAdvisor (but not new to plumbing). He came right on time to give an estimate. Al gave me options as to ways to handle the problem and his pricing seemed reasonable. He didn't try to talk me into the more expensive solution and said that he could do the job(s) right then. He finished the repairs quickly and was pleasant to deal with. I will keep his card for future plumbing issues."

"I discovered I needed a new water heater over the weekend. Dr. Waterheater was here at 9:00 on Monday. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They replaced the water heater, cleaned up, and I was up and running before noon. I recommend their services to everyone."
