We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. "These contractors were excellent and renovated 3/4 of our house. They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Additionally, they repainted our porch, our walls in our study and our kitchen. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement. All in all these men did a fantastic job and we couldn’t have sold our house without them. If you’re renovating your house, this company is whom you want to do it. Their work ethic is unaparalled and their personalities are fantastic as well."

Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"When we purchased this older house, we quickly realized the second-floor deck was in bad shape and needed a total overhaul. We got a couple of quotes, but Will came highly recommended. We decided to go with them as they are family-owned to take on the job and I'm so glad we did. They did a killer job!
 The whole process was hassle-free and the final result was much better than expected. They were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about doing the best job possible. But what really impressed me was how much I was able to lean on them for advice on other needs of the older house and ended up doing some other work in the upstairs bathroom. Being new to home ownership, I had a lot of questions and Will was more than happy to help me out with recommendations and solutions. The new deck they built is now one of the best parts of my house.
