"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Sanfer and team were great to work with for the addition of closets in a bedroom as well as for adding an entirely new bathroom on our 3rd floor. Along with all new plumbing and electric it also included a new, ducted mini-split heating system for that zone. His pricing was in line with the other companies I spoke with and he ultimately was the winning bid due to his collaboration during the process. it was a blank room and we worked on a few different layouts to get it right!From a management standpoint, there were sub-contractors needed(electrical and plumbing requires a licensed individual to pull permits in my city) and multiple inspections were required and he did a great job managing all of those moving parts in a timely fashion. All in all, I'd hire Sanfer again and plan to talk to him about a deck and kitchen remodel."

The crew put down the tarps to protect my flowers and lawn. When they finished the site was all clean. Lou took the time to explain the details of the quote which I appreciated. They did a fantastic job- it looks like a new house. I had a lot of moss on the north side of my home. They worked extra hard to get it all removed.
