"Sarah did an amazing job. I called Rollin Lawn Mower Repair when I could not get my snowblower to start. Sarah told me I was pretty far from her usual service area, but she would talk me through the procedure to unclog the carburetor if I was up for the task. She estimated it would take about 20 minutes and require a wire stay tie, 10mm socket wrench, and some 10W40. Twenty minutes later the snowblower started right up.
