"The bedbug team at SPS are very friendly and very professional. Compared to other exterminators who came to bid on our job, they were much more thorough with their initial inspection, and they shared much more information about how/where bedbugs live, different approaches to elimination, and different likelihoods of success. In the end, they did a combination of heat and chemical treatment that seems to have taken care of our problems. (I'm confident that if we have any other problems during our warranty period, the SPS guys will show up quickly to stamp out any lingering problems.) For their two visits, SPS came in clean white vans without signage or logos that would tell neighbors, "HEY, THERE ARE BEDBUGS HERE." I thought that was a nice courtesy. On both visits, they came when they said they would and got their work done quickly and neatly. Also, I want to thank John for going the extra mile and moving a couple of pieces of furniture and a few other things that I didn't realize I needed to move. I definitely endorse the team at SPS."

"I am a property manager and have hired Home Town Pest Control to take care of many homes to keep them bug free. Hands down they are the best and most caring pest company out there. I have worked with different pest companies over the years. This company and the results you will get and dramatic as compared to the previous companies we have used. The caring personalities of their staff and technician is so appreciated. The tech gets to know the families of all our tenants and when to change their applications or how they treat. For example, my daughter was pregnant, so the tech changed what he used. We started container gardening in our patio so he changed the process to make triple sure he would not have chemicals near our growing vegetables. I have not had the annual ants that come each June or other visitors that would start coming after time had passed from a quarterly visit. The caring and the results that are consistent are what makes them stand out."

"Inspection and treatment was done in March, 2019. In march, 2020, I paid the $125 annual renewal fee for inspection, treatment, and protection. Never heard a word from Loyal the rest of the year. In March, 2021, I received and invoice for another annual renewal and called to find out exactly what I was paying for. I was told it was for inspection and treatment and protection, and as soon as my payment was received they would call me to set up an appointment for the service rep. I paid another $125 fee and as of this writing cannot even get Loyal to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. I have called via phone, attempted to email, posted on their FB page, and written and mailed a letter via USPS to no avail. Loyal has been and remains totally unresponsive to any attempt to get this resolved. My next step is to file a claim against them in small claims court. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS."
