To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

He came the same day and installed a shut off valve and new line and tried to figure out what was wrong with the oven but without gas he could not be sure. The VNG inspector looked at his work and said it was "by the book" and excellent. I ended up getting a new oven and the city inspectors said all looked good."
