"We needed to replace 375 feed of fence and Classic Fence gave us the best quote of the three companies we talked to. The fence is only a few weeks old so I can't talk longevity but the installation process was great. The initial sales rep was the only one who identified that we needed a specialty gate and warned us of some damage that would be done to a stone walkway due it to it being too close to the gate. I was told that our installation would take 2-3 days but it ended up taking 6. The delay was worth it because they were often waiting for the correctly cut piece, and I'd prefer they take longer to do the job than do a poor job just so they could finish. We have an angled piece of fence in the front yard and all other companies told me they couldn't do it, but Classic Fence said they could do it, and made sure they did it correctly. I was very impressed with the precision of the installation team, all posts are the same height and the fence looks great. The installers conferred with me when there was a decision to make about a fence post, and i appreciated being consulted instead of them making assumptions. With 375 feet of fence there are bound to be some imperfections but I am very happy with the finished results. The team did leave behind one of the posts from the old fence sticking out of the ground and Classic Fence sent someone the day after I called to remove the fence. All in all I was very impressed with the professionalism of the installers. This fence was not cheap and I was a little concerned based on the amount of fence we need (and its on a corner and white picket!) but it turned out great!"

Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. "8-8-18 I am a senior citizen and had a section of wood fencing that detached itself from the posts it was connected to. Because of rotator cuff problems with my shoulder, I am unable to raise the section up to re-attach it to the posts. I went on Homeadvisor.com to get some estimates for the job. The fencing companies I contacted were all nice and told me it would not be worth it for me to hire them to nail a section of fence back as they have minimum charges which would be comparatively high just to nail a single section of fence back to the posts. When I called Northwest Fence, I prefaced my conversation with “This job might be too small for you” and then explained my job to them. To my surprise, Robert said he would come by my home in 30 minutes and re-attach the section of fence for me. Not only did he re-attach the fallen section to my posts, he only charged me $25. I was astonished at this low cost for the job as I know he would have to pay Homeadvisor.com for giving him my name as a lead. Robert did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fence repaired or installed. I thanked him for his willingness take such a small job and he said he took the job because I needed the assistance. The world needs more people like him."
