"I've used Cother for years for everything from a new unit install, through checkups and repairs. Last night we had issues with the condensation drain in one of our units. Since they are located in the attic and drain problems have a way of leaking through the ceiling, we shut it down last night. We were dreading on how long Cother would take to come fix the problem given this is the busy time of the year.
