"M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."

"The owner of the business contacted me right away and gave me a quote on the same day, he went by the house to check out the job and got back to me in the next couple of hours (which was something good I wasn't expecting), he was very clear with what he was doing and with prices. The job went very well and was completed in three days. Before we had wood siding and it was rotten now we put in hardy plank on so it will never rot. His rate was very competitive and his willingness to answer any and all questions quickly helped us choose him to replace the siding on our home. "First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. He is very honest and dependable and uses high quality materials which was very important to me. You will be very pleased just as I was."

"I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman came out to my house the same day! We scheduled for a couple days later and he arrived right on time! He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio and side of house. The gentleman (Gearold) was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. "I was very pleased with the thorough work and craftsmanship with the roofing team. They discovered some damage to the wood underneath the shingles which they promptly replaced. The exterior renovations done on my home involved replacing the worn wood trim pieces with the more durable "HardiePlank" and painting the existing siding .I really appreciated the attention to detail that went into the preparation phase of this project. "I needed bathroom sub-floor/floor repair (due to past water damage), tile installation and toilet installation. Joel Navarro gave me a reasonable and fair quote for the work to be done. Joel did the sub-floor and floor repair (which ended up being a bigger job than initially expected, however, the quoted price did not change). Joel had contacts/sub-contractors for the tile installation and toilet installation so the job was a one stop shop for me as he paid them. Joel was here with his sub-contractors while the work was being done, he also made several runs to Lowe’s and Home Depot for various parts that were needed to complete the repairs (plywood, 2x6’s, 2x4’s, concrete boards, toilet water supply line (as the one I bought was the wrong size), etc… Work started on Tuesday and finished Sunday. I’m very happy with the work that was done and recommend Joel, especially for the sub-floor/floor repair as the job was way more involved than either of us initially thought it would be.
