"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

"The gentleman did an okay job at flushing my water heater , however he spilled water in my attic which then leaked over my bathroom and tried to convince me it rained and my roof was leaking. At the end, he hired some guys to replace the ceiling in the bathroom at the company expense."

Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. "I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad"

"New water heater -- the misc repairs he threw in for free!!"

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."

"Nick is awesome. He is reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He not only repaired a burst pipe recently, but replaced our tankless water heater during the freeze of 2021! Rescued us!!"
