It was decided we should replaced the water softener and buy a new pump for the aerator and that the old aerator could be used. They came back the next day with all the parts needed. They even thought to raise parts up on blocks to extend life of pieces and allow us to pour concrete in the future without needing to move anything. I think the entire transaction from placement on Angies List to a report in my hand was about a week or week and a half. I called the number they gave to have someone go over my report with me, which was great. We did have to mitigate a few issues based on the report.
