"I only had a small job to do but Cesar was very responsive (I had used Angie's List messenger feature). He responded within a couple hours after my initial inquiry. When I told him what I needed done, he told me a price and stuck to it. I had him come out just to make sure that it would cost what he said he would cost. He saw the fence, said the price was the same. Came a couple days later and it was done in less than 1 hour and half. The two workers that came were fast and efficient. I am very happy with the work that they did and would give him the first shot at any other fence repairs or new fence I may need in the future."

"It was very quick and the fence looks amazing. They know that they are doing - the yard is really hilly and challenging and it came out great aesthetically. Price was very good, I am guessing some other the big name contractors would have quoted me a couple thousand more. We had a hiccup because our propane line was not marked and could not be marked, and they ended up cutting it because it was in an unexpected place. The customer service was not very helpful in that regard, we called and asked if they knew anyone that could help stop the leak and/or repair the line and they were very defensive about it not being their responsibility, and that we were on our own. Not really nice, and I never expected them to pay for it, was just looking for some advice. We found someone from our propane company to fix it. They guys in the field were fantastic, and even dug the trench for the repaired gas line since they felt bad about hitting it."

"We had a great experience from end to end with Tim and his crew.  They showed up right on time and we're prepared with 3 guys (including Tim), hand trucks, furniture pads, and shrink wrap. They immediately jumped into preparing all of the items which consistent of mainly large furniture (e.g. beds, media centers, bookcases, etc) and about 10 boxes of mixed sizes that we packed prior to their arrival.  They packed everything up in an efficient manner and it took about an hour and a half to get on the road.  After a drive down to the new place, they jumped right out and started moving stuff. They had a little trouble with a few items that were large and had to cut around tight corners or spaces; however, they were proactive in figuring out a way to get the furniture in by removing a handrail or two.  As soon as they were done with those items, they promptly re-attached the handrails and continued on with the rest of the move.  They were also very conscientious to make sure they weren't tracking mud or any debris into the house as they loaded/unloaded.  Tim's crew were also very personable and polite. All said, we had no damage done to any of the furniture or items we packed (some of which was glassware). We are very happy with the move and the great job done by Tim and his team!"

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

They also did a great job of being economical when asking that I increase the budget to allow for better paint, for example. Most importantly, the team worked quickly and responsively.
