"You have to understand that Palmetto Carpet and Floor Coverings hires subcontractors to install the variety of products they sell. I had a tile floor installed so my comments will only apply to tile installation. First the sales people are low pressure and help you purchase what you what not what they want to sell you. There is no "upselling" pressure to purchase a more expensive product. Great people to work with. Now the installers. Two brothers showed up and they were experienced (one told me he has been doing this for 18 years), professional, and extremely competent. They are respectful of your home and realize it is not a construction site but your home. They protected my hardwood floor and sealed off the room in which they were working with plastic to keep the dust at a minimum. They hand carried all the debris out and did all the cutting outside. The quality of the tiling was first rate. They also installed quarter round molding to finish the job. I was concerned that tile installers would not also be good finish carpenters. I was wrong. The molding they installed is some of the best installation in our house. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. <br />"
