So, I decided to called Ryan Andrews. He asked for photos to be emailed, and he'd send me an estimate. Anyway, I called Steve, he said he was out to November to build anything. I said I knew what I wanted but I'd go elsewhere. He insisted on coming out that night, which was a Friday, and showed up at 630, rush hour on a holiday weekend. He showed up Saturday morning with his team and completed the fence within half the day. Total time from the time I called was 1 day. Steve was on it. His team was amazing. You won't be let down with these guys at all."

"Keith Sitzmann and his sons Beau and Aaron, who worked as subcontractors, specialize in installing Four Seasons sunrooms and related remodeling. Keith came out after we contacted Four Seasons and proposed a solution for a problem of what to do about the nearly unusable balcony and replacement sunroom after removing the old sunroom and hot tub (which we hadn't used in about 12 years). It was a novel approach that I hadn't thought of, and would provide a usable small room where the upper balcony was, along with a great new sunroom that we could actually use. After agreeing on the design, contract, and price, Keith ordered the new sunroom. He kept us informed of the delivery date (it took about two weeks to arrive) and when they would start work. Keith, Beau, and Aaron were always prompt, explained thoroughly what they planned to do, and worked very hard and carefully with their crews. They removed the entire old sunroom and hot tub in one day, which was amazing. I had been wondering for several years about how that could be done. They installed a large tarp over the area to protect it from rain. It took two days to build out the upper room and install the main parts of the sunroom, then another two days to finish everything. They answered all my questions and concerns. We now have two delightful new rooms that are usable, where before was just dead weight on the house. They cleaned up very well and hauled away all the debris -- including the pumps, non-working heater, and hoses for the hot tub that I had removed. Keith said they recycled what they could (wood beams, etc.). Aaron and Beau and their crews did most of the work, and did a great job. We are extremely pleased."

"I have very mixed feelings about them. The work turned out to be very nice, but I had a problem with them. First of all, they were very friendly when I called the office and they sent someone out to look at the job and see how long it would take to do what I wanted. The man who came out was an electrician. When he was looking at it, we asked him that there is a recessed lighting to be put in our living room and he agreed and he added that to the list of things to be done. The office scheduled him to come out one day for the extra job and then a couple of days later the people who are going to do the job we originally wanted to be done were going to come. He never showed up. I waited for 20 minutes and called the office. No one picked it up, so I left a message that the electrician is late and we are waiting for him. But they never called us back. I spoke to them a week later to say how unhappy I was that he never showed up or even called us to inform that he is late or he would not come, but they were totally unaware of it. It is pretty bad that he did not come and they were not even checking the messages and call us back and check on him. The guys who were supposed to do the railing came and did the work later. They sent two guys since I had work for more than 8 hours. They were not prepared to stay back late since they lived far away from my place. They showed up only by 11'o clock. They worked till 5, but I did not feel that I got a full day work. The total work time for both the guys was 11 hours, so I had to pay extra for 3 hours. They did not bring any supplies. They got only their tools and one guy went out to buy the items that were required. The job was good. They did it exactly the way I wanted, but while doing the flooring work, I found some scratches in the hard wood floor which I was not happy about."

"Timberline Review We had an amazing experience working with Timberline Patios. They designed a 500sqft addition to our already existing covered patio and it is simply amazing. We first met with Skylar who was extremely knowledgeable about the design process as well as offering his take on different styles and what would work for our area. We are still working with him on completing the outdoor kitchen to go with our new patio! After the deigns were submitted to the city, we met with Mario who came to our house almost weekly to walk the project and ensure it was up to our standards, which it always was! Something I really appreciated about Mario was his opinion regarding the concrete pad which Timberline doesn’t do. He referred us to Casey who did an awesome job with our stamped concrete. They then worked together to make sure the concrete and patio were both up to our standards. Jake and Eli were the primary builders for our project with Kyle coming in for the last week or so. I could not recommend Jake and Eli more. They worked so fast and hard to get this project done before our newborn arrived while still maintaining their high standards. They were very communicative about their progress. I really appreciated how clean they were too, especially with a toddler that liked to wander the construction area. Kyle was great when he came in to finish the post wraps and trim work. His attention to detail was suburb. I would recommend Timberline to anyone looking to build or expand an outdoor living area. They are top notch and I can’t wait to continue to work with them through our kitchen design and build!"
