"Called based on review from angies list and nearby location. Sonny (the owner) came to give estimate and explain work to be done. He was on time for appointment and was polite and professional. Explained that they will soft clean the roof so as not to damage the shingles and would pressure wash the rest. They would bag all the down spouts so runoff would not get into flower beds and would cover any plants that would or could be harmed by the spray. We agreed on a price and a time to do the work. They arrived on schedule, checked if there were any changes in the plan we had discussed and proceded to do the job. Everything that was promised was delivered and roof looks great. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
