"Robert was prompt returning my inquiry about our leaking roof, and we set an appointment for him to inspect. Again prompt to our appointment he suggested solutions and was fair and honest in his evaluation. We agreed to go forward. He came and spent a few hours on the roof, sealing chimney flashing and applying an aluminum based coating overlay on a flat section of the roof. I felt I got honest work for fair cost. "I HIGHLY recommend Florida Professional Roofing Services. I needed to have flashing around the chimney repaired on the home I just bought. The listing stated the roof was new in 2019. The roofers who installed the new roof never changed the flashing, and it was now leaking. The flashing, sheathing, and trusses now needed to be repaired. I was hoping this would be done before we closed. After multiple phone calls and conversations, it was apparent that the roofers had no intentions of coming out to fix their mess.
