He came on a Sunday afternoon to repair the dryer and instead of replacing the belt he replaced the motor. ??? OK. He's the professional. He told my husband we were set for 10 years and if there was any problem to call him. The first time I used the dryer it made a monstrous noise. The second time I used the dryer it didn't work. I contacted Justin and didn't hear back. I texted we'd be happy just to get out money back for the motor. I didn't hear back. We never heard back from him. He basically robbed us of $320.00."
