The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"We visited Mike at his store in Duarte. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He brought the 4 floor designs we selected to our home for us to decide. The entire project took only 1 day, which he told us would take 2 days. We were thrilled with the result. Instead of ripping out the tiles, Mike recommended vinyl laminate, which fits under our doors and did not require trimming out the doors or removing the side trims. I like Mike’s honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. He even accepted Zelle payment. Overall, it was money well spent and I’m glad he gave us options which we never even thought of. "Ken at Affordable Tile is easy to work with and does exceptionally good work, and his prices are fair and reasonable. Ken and his crew did a complete shower remodel for my home. They demoed the old shower and then rebuilt a new shower from the studs and floor up. Work included framing the substructure of the shower and then an awesome hot mop job, and then they framed and floated the floor, bench, and walls. The tile work was so beautiful it nearly brought tears to my eyes. I bought modern tiles with size 13” x 39”, so Ken and his crew had to cut every single tile, and every cut was spot on, and not one tile was broke or wasted, it was unbelievable. The finished product looks terrific. I also loved that Ken always let me know when he would arrive, and always showed up on time and put in a full day of work. The whole job took about 8 days, and Ken and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day, and kept my home free of dust and debris. I would highly recommend for any shower remodel or tile installation."
