"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

"Will Crawford, the owner, came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional, giving me detailed explanations of the different options I had, without any pressure. He spent about half an hour checking the foundation as well as checking the outside of the house to explain another drainage system besides the sump pump. He estimated the work would be done in about a week and it was. Whenever I emailed Will during the week he was prompt to write back. I am very happy with the work done and my house is definitely a lot sturdier. I feel better knowing that I'm more prepared for the upcoming el nino rains as well as earthquakes.

"Mike and his plumber had to cut off the existing pipes on all three sinks. They replaced the pipes (u joint) and all the hardware at no extra cost to me I was impressed by their promptness, organization,professionalism and the time it took them to complete the job. I didn't even have to clean up after they finished. I couldn't get a better price from my brother if he did plumbing. Bottom line Mike is the plumber you need to call for any size job if you are looking for quality work at very reasonable rates. Because of the extreme labor involved they had to come back and finish the next morning. I am looking forward to MIke replacing my kitchen faucet in the near future.
