We first hired Jeff in 2015 to create stone steps and walkways. We liked the result so much we worked again with him in 2017 when we dreamed about transforming our lackluster backyard. He patiently listened to our ideas and then designed our backyard oasis for us. He created an acre sized flagstone patio that included stone walkways and stairs, raised stone flower beds and circular stone fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen area. The project came in on time, on budget and to this day has no drainage or settling issues. In 2018 we hired Jeff to complete interior renovations which included plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. He updated two bathrooms - which included a one-of-a kind custom natural indoor field stone rain shower. He also removed and installed new radiator covers and hardwood floors throughout our home. My husband was hospitalized during these renovations and Jeff's control over these projects allowed me to focus completely on that, knowing my home was in trustworthy, competent hands. Jeff is an honest, reasonably priced, skilled and experienced contractor who has a great crew working for him who stands behind his work. "Jason and Tabbie from Limric did an excellent job removing and replacing the water heater. They were super easy to work with and explained what they would do in a good way. They stayed to ensure the air was out of the system and water was running hot. They cleaned up everything, including the disposal of the old tank. The expansion tank was installed with a brass fitting to provide better stability. I would hire Jason and Tabbie any day to do this work. The price that Kenny / Limric quoted came with a $300 discount which really helped. Once the price was agreed on, Limric was able to schedule the install that same afternoon."

Prior reviews of his work on Angie's List + direct conversations with recent customers provided outstanding references, so going with Crawl Space Doctor was an easy decision. His approach toward a sump pump over a dehumidifier was counter to the recommendations from 2 other bidders but research on my part indicated he was correct in not taking the typical (yet unnecessary) approach.
Greg kept us informed of the project schedule every day, he checked in on his crew regularly, and we can't say enough good things about the work that his crew did on our formerly gross and unhealthy crawl space. They were prompt, neat, amazingly quiet for the amount of remediation they did and cleaned up the work site each day and upon departure. Our crawl space is clean enough to eat dinner down there and now suitable for storing some things I would never consider placing in our attic because of the intense heat up there in the summer months.
