Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to communicate with. Partway through the renovation, there was an unexpected issue that needed to be addressed before the crew could continue. Our project manager kept us informed, explained the options and made sure it was handled correctly rather than simply rushing through it to stay on schedule. We really appreciated that.The tile work turned out beautifully and the whole bathroom feels completely different. We are very happy we finally decided to do the renovation."
