"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Responded very quickly to my inquiry. Came out immediately to the property to assess and offered a good price for the French drainage system installed. Completed work in 2.5 days and it's difficult to tell that they were ever there. Would definitely use again!"

Hello my name is Landen Hollis, and I have 2+ years of a combination of Commercial and Residential work. I have built homes from the ground up, including concrete work, framing, insulating, final work, ETC. I’m here looking to find additional work and grow my network.

Love making your land top notch!

"Travis saved us a ton of money by giving us a straight answer on repairing the existing garage foundation versus tearing down and starting over with our detached garage. He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. We really appreciate his honesty and will certainly hire CNT Foundations when we start over on this old garage!"

"They were unable to bring it all the way up to it’s original elevation, but, they tried. They explained to my satisfaction as to why it couldn’t be accomplished. It is definitely a major improvement."

"The services provided to me and my family were performed quickly and professionally. The installers were very knowable and polite throughout the entire install. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for or needing these types of services in their home! I am very pleased with the services provided."
