"Capital Palmetto Builders (CPB) did a great job on my roof. Darryl Phelps kept me informed during the entire process and treated the installation as if he was doing his own home. Darryl even provided status reports with pictures to let me know how the job was progressing and when the job would be complete. CPB used a drone to inspect the roof to eliminate the risk of further damage by walking around on the existing shingles. The drone images also provided an opportunity to show me what different color options I had on deciding which shingle to choose. I thought I only had a small leak that needed repair; however, I had much more damage than expected and the entire roof was replaced for my insurance deductible only! Darryl worked closely with the insurance adjuster to get full approval without me having to get involved which eliminated any interruption to my busy work schedule. Thanks Capital Palmetto Builders and kudos for a job well done!"

"Omar is a great individual that communicates really well with the gutter installation. His always available for questions or concerns, advice and recommendations."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"The gutters and covers were great."

"It's wonderful and they did a really good job. They were friendly and they also listened to our ideas. We're very pleased with their work and they cleaned up after the work."

"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."
