He was so helpful even though it was later in the night and I know he had had a long day but not once did he slow down his work and helped with getting to know where they problem was so it so it could be fixed. Inwould recommend ACE anyway especially for Bryan to come of I ever have any other issues. "

"I called them out for a basic service call $49 just to prepare for winter. I?m a 72 year-old woman that lives in an 800 square-foot home. Two guys came to my house and basically told me my air-conditioning was a piece of junk that the whole thing needed to be repaired or I would be sorry when winner arrived. Well, I?ll tell you when I bought the house. I knew that the air conditioning and furnace would need to be repaired or replaced, but I?m not paying almost $20,000 for air conditioner and 800 square-foot home. I talked to another company after them and they quoted me a quote of five to $7000 for the same size unit. You tell me if they?re ripping people off."

"I recently had changed house insurance companies and provided them with my wind mitigation report I had done when we purchased our home 2 years ago. The new company required a “4 point” report as well which I had not needed previously. Fast forward to “inspection” companies. I made an appointment with Central Inspections Agency in Sorrento, Fl to perform the 4 point inspection. Right from the first phone call, to receiving the email showing the scheduled appointment info I knew I found a very professional company. Dale showed up on time for the inspection and was very courteous, neat and informative. He explained the procedure and completed the task. He explained I will receive the completed 4 point report via email later that evening and he will send a copy to my insurance provider. A few days later my insurance agent contacted me with regard to my original wind mitigation report stating he feels like it was in error based on the re-roof date by the prior owners and suggested we have the inspection company return to reinspect if the nailing code was brought up to date when the roof was replaced. So Dale from Central Inspections Agency returned to our home and performed a new wind mitigation report which clearly showed, in fact it was updated to code. Bottom line, we are extremely happy with our new insurance agency (Peter McCumber in Leesburg, Fl) for noticing that the updated code should have been in the report 2 years prior as well as Dale from Central Inspections Agency actually performing the inspection correctly and has now saved us hundreds of dollars in insurance costs. So if your in need of insurance or any type of home inspections we highly recommend both of these companies for their prompt and professional efforts in doing the right thing for us and showing that having a “correct” inspection can save lots of money in premiums! "I'm angry that the home inspector failed to point out the massive rat infestation in my roof - the foam on the outside copper pipes of the AC was completely visibly chewed away and there were rat wax markings in the soffit holes, big pile of rat droppings visible by from standing on the attic ladder. Now I have to pay over 2000 for new duct work and rat proofing the roof. If i had to do it again, I would do not hire rock solid and do my own home inspection. 0 stars"
