"Worlds best sprinkler repair company. I was told by another company that we needed all new wiring for $780 and that my timer was okay but Bobby from total outdoor services looked at the timer control box and it was set to turn on the rain sensor, which is not there, so the sprinklers would not turn on. Bobby correctly set the timer and it worked fine. He then checked the entire system and replaced 2 heads and fixed my lawn mower for only $110!"

"<p>Great - called and owner, Kirk,  called back that same day. Explained  what he offered and quoted the above price which is exactly what he charged. Kirk and his assistant Tim came about one week later, arrived promptly, & were very professional.  Cleaned up area when he was finished and installed a great system. We are very, very, pleased. Kirk explained how to work the system and how to maintain it. My husband & I are extremely happy with this new system as the water is really horrible down here.</p> <p>Thank you !!</p> <br />"

"Outstanding work quality and customer service. All work to replace drain field was high quality and conducted in a timely and professional manner. I needed to obtain documentation and drawings of work completed almost 14 years ago. The office staff went above and beyond expectations and completed the request in a very timely manner. "All went fine. Water pressure was low and well pump ran constantly. The pressure reservoir/tank was more full than usual so internal air bladder went bad. That required reservoir/tank to be replaced and I also had technician replace pressure gauge and relay switch. Unfortunately the well pump pressure was also low. So long story short I had the well pump replaced. It was probably about 15 years old or more. Can't say for sure since this rental property was purchased in 2014. The well pump job involved additional components: A new junction box at well head for the electrical connections, replacement wiring from junction box to submerged pump, 3 sections of 20 foot 1 1/4 pipe along with various plumbing fittings and a new pressure release valve. The well pump job and repipe required a special truck with 30 foot (?) crane to pull out the 3 sections of pipe at 20 foot each. It wasn't a cheap job. Tank job was about $800 and another $2000 for well pump job and parts plus about $200 in sales tax. Overall it was $3057. But it was a completely professional job and I'm so glad I have rent money to cover that cost over time."

"<p>Got up early Sunday morning to get ready for church and had no water.  I checked the breakers and none were thrown.  Went outside to determine the problem and pressure tank read zero pressure.  Even though in-ground well pump and pressure tank had been replaced two years ago, I thought the worst.  Went on Angie?s List to search for someone to come out and look at the problem and found Robert?s Well Drilling.  They had 100% ?A? ratings.  Gave them a call, and talked to Mr. Roberts.  I explained what the issue was and what I had done already (checked the breakers, check pressure switch, looked for burst pipe, etc). I told him I did find a lizard (or what was left of the crispy critter) on top of the switch.  After asking if I was a handyman, he recommended that I turn the power off to the pump and pressure switch, go back to the pressure switch and clean off the points with an emory board, as part of the lizard may be stopping the points from making contact.  I cleaned the points and turned the breakers back on and GOT WATER.  I called Mr. Roberts back, told him the good news and offered to buy him lunch the next time he was in Wesley Chapel.  I was really impressed in that here was an opportunity to do a service call on a Sunday (at $125 minimum) but took the time to see if I had done everything I could for myself prior to him coming out.  This speaks volumes of the type of individual he is and how he treats his customers.  I highly recommend him for your water needs. </p> <br />"

"Jeff and Ashley are wonderful to work with, I originally found Ashleys water from home advisor. Jeff was quick and fast with his response to my request for service. I had a pinhole leak in my pressure tank and Jeff was able to replace it same day. After completing the Install, we went to turn the power back on, and the above ground well pump didn't come on. After knowledgeable inspection, Jeff determined the pump needed to be replaced. He was able to come back the very next morning and get the job done. All these problems were caused by the chlorination system causing corrosion on the metal components in my well hut. Jeff then recommended that we get away from the chlorination system and go with an airdraw oxidation system to treat our Iron. It has no maintenance other than occasionally resetting the time. Ashleys water had very fair prices and didn't use any pushy sales tactics, Jeff was very honest and knowledgeable. I even went back a few months later and had a water softener system put in. Overall a great experience with Ashleys water."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"I had a problem with my well motor cycling too fast which I was <br /> convinced was the backflow unit at the bottom of the well. I called <br /> Allen's and they came the same day with advance notice as to the time of <br /> the call. The technician was very good and he diagnosed a "waterlogged" <br /> system which he corrected in less than half an hour. He easily could <br /> have taken advantage of me and sold me an expensive service I did not <br /> need. I was very pleased with the service and the cost. I was referred <br /> to him by the former home owner who also had a good experience with <br /> them. I highly recommend them and was thrilled to find an honest plumber. <br />"

"I Adalberto Molina don’t know where to begin. From Mrs Janet at the office taking the time to answering all my questions to the inspector Mr Kevin arriving early showed a NEVER ENDING PROFESSIONALISM. Mr Kevin didn’t mind me staying with him the 4 hours it took to do the inspection. Encouraging me to ask as many questions as I wanted. What this company gave me was peace of mind as to what condition my future home is in and most important what has to be done to repair the issues found. I’m so satisfied with the service that I’m rehiring them to checkout the repairs were done before the last walk through."

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Sumterville, FL

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
