"The 3' x 6' wall mirror came loose from the wall; my I managed to brace it to keep it from falling completely and called Randall at Emergency Glass Service. They arrived within 2 hours, gently removed the mirror , and used the proper mastic to adhere it. The whole job took about a half hour. They worked fastened professionally. The job cost $200, which seems a lot, but I was paying for the fast service on a mirror that would have cost more than that to replace if broken. I would hire again"

"Talk about response time!  I had a reply to my request almost immediately.  I followed up as I did not provide a phone number in my request to get them scheduled.  They were on my doorstep within an hour.  Daniel came in (it started pouring rain but he kept going) and got right to work.  He discussed options for additional locks before installing.  He was professional, precise and great to work with. <br />"

"I called Above the Rest on Thursday after our garage door unexpectedly stopped working. They weren't able to see me same day, but had an opening the following afternoon, so I took it. <br /> The tech showed up within the given window and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way (I love when companies do this so I can know when to put my dog up!). He arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem almost instantly. He gave me the price of replacing the part ($95) and I gave him the green light to go ahead with the work. I have no idea if this is a standard price for this type of work, because I've never had this problem with our garage door. But $95 was the walk-out-the-door price for everything. <br /> Once he had taken down the old part, he gave me a thorough explanation of why and how it had gone bad. I love when I get the reason behind a broken item; I feel like I learn so much and can prevent the problem from happening in the future. Turns out, our door had been too heavy for the flimsy old part and had caused the gear teeth to dissolve down to nothing! This explained why our door had gotten so noisy prior to breaking and also explained why we weren't able to operate it. <br /> Once everything was replaced and installed, he even gave the track, springs, and wheels a coating of grease/WD-40 to cut down on the noise further. It's working and so much quieter than it was! Apparently newer, more upgraded garage doors are even quieter, so he advised us to replace the entire door if this one starts giving us more problems, but assured us that replacing it was not necessary now while everything is working. The visit took no more than 30 minutes, start to finish, and the tech was very nice and very informative. Will definitely hire again if I have to! <br />"

"The original installation was fine and they were clean and made sure the shutters were clean and installed properly. The original sale man said we could count on them for any issues, free repairs for the lifetime of the shutters. I had my windows replaced in the bedrooms and asked the window company how it would effect the shutters and they said the windows in the master bedroom would need a 1 inch extension around the shutters. They gave me the wrong information. I then called the shutter company to come an uninstall the shutters so the new windows could be installed and gave them the information about the 1 inch extension. They did this and the charge was $275, I also again told the man about the necessary extension. When I had them come back the installer was not prepared to make the necessary corrections to the shutters, he did not have a 1 inch extension, he said no one had told him. He could not install the master bedroom shutters and said if I was to have an extension on these shutters it would not be good, I should have all new shutters made. He installed the other bedroom shutter and left the shutter dirty with hand prints and caulking all over the shutters, in one word a mess. After discussion with the office they took back the master bedroom shutters to see if there was anything they could do. They decided to add an extension in the back and extended the shutter as we had originally thought would happen, additional $220. The original unprepared installer caused a lot of drama that was unnecessary. The office was not much better. I am so disappointed in this company."
