I mention this because it felt like they really cared. I was told my appointment time window and that I would be contacted when they were about 20 or 30 minutes away. I was contacted as they promised. Sobino, the technician arrived on time and went right to work. He told me that I could watch and he explained everything he was doing. He found the problem, then told me the price of the part (even showing me the list price of the part) and the price for the labor to install the part and to flush out the system which had caused the problem. Once finished he had me inspect the work. Sabino is a highly skilled technician, personable, professional and I would recommend - make that highly recommend him for any appliance repair. I will use Appliance Repair for any future problems I have. They are really that good."
