"Charged me $95 to come and look at a piece coming from the pump to the filter that just needed to be glued. The previous person did not do this. I also asked them to put the top of the timer on my vs pool pump because someone took it of and it was going to get wet and ruined. They said it could cost me a lot more that they would look at it first but for $$125 they would replace all plumbing and parts that needed replacing at their cost. I had just spent over $200 for them and for $50 they would fix the pump top covering the wires. The house had sold and I told them it was imperative to get the water circulating because I was out of state and couldn't afford to end up with a green pool. He glued the existing piece on but then said that the screws to my control panel were stripped but that he would come back the following day and take care of it. Three days later I learn that he did not come back. My pool was in full bloom green. He did oot even set the pump up to start and programit to work. He couldn't have. Instead they purposely tried to destroy my pool motor by cutting a wire and letting it melt a piece next to it. Then tried to tell me he could fix the motor for only $975. It was a brand new pump. He was childish. Would not honor the fact that his own employee told me he was fixing it the next day and did not and did not even bother to tell me. It cost me over $2k. Do not use these guys who pretend to want to help you."

"I have an infloor cleaning system, Chlorinated pool, with fiber filters. I called the company that installed the pool three years ago. They told me that my pool was probably due for drain of old water, cleaned, and refilled. I called Sky Blue Pools(SBP), on a recommendation from a friend, they came by and confirmed pool needed to be serviced. They gave me a quote that was $650. less than the pool installation company wanted to charge me at their base price. I asked SBP (Joey) about my brine line around water line tiles. He said it was about the worst he has seen, and told me it would cost me $3.50 per lineal foot for them to erase it. Joey measured my perimeter and gave me a price, still $370 lower than my other quote, that didn't include line removal. The next day SBP (Joey and Christie, the owners) came by and set up to drain my pool, which took about 14 hrs to complete. We had a cold spell of rainy cold weather that delayed the cleaning a couple days. Joey, Christie, and some other workers showed up and removed the water line mark with a glass bead sprayer. (beautiful job see photos) then they carefully prepped and pressure cleaned the pool pebble tech sidewalls. I couldn't believe all the embedded grime they removed. SBP cleaned out my infloor drain, which was partially clogged with sand from three years of sand storms etc. They cleaned my pump 4 cannister filters and advised me that they were due for replacement, soon. Their price for the filters installed was $110. cheaper than the local pool supply company. SBP then refilled my pool. They came back three times to ensure that the pool chemicals were properly balanced in my pool (no added cost for chemicals or service) and that my pool pump was properly set to auto clean. Additionally, they told me that my pool pump was set to run way too long (8hrs. in winter- 12 hrs. in summer) and that it was not properly synced with the ozone water purifying system. (all of the settings and times were set by the original pool company). Everything is working much more efficiently with the new settings. SBP told me to call them if I had any questions or if I needed anything else done. Sky Blue Pools also cleans and does routine maintenance on pools. They don't charge you mileage or service call, I know they have accounts as far west of the valley as Tonopah, AZ. Sky Blue Pool Service, is a complete pool service company. The owners, (Joey and Jackie) are good people, and they give great personalized service. I highly recommend Sky Blue Pool Service."

"Joe, the owner, was personally involved and present through the job, time tables were met or exceeded. The crews were professional and happy doing their work, and took pride in their part of each task. There were no "surprises" except happy ones, as the finished product exceeded my expectations. Joe always had time to talk, even though his days were busy, about any questions i had. His estimate wasn't the lowest i received, but it was well below another estimate i received, and the end product pleases me very much, the pool and decking turned out like showroom. Very happy with the whole process and Joe is my go to guy on pools. Highly recommend Joe's Pool Services."
