"We had an unfortunate accident when a car drove into my garage door, through the garage wall and then into the laundry room wall which did significant damage to my home. After the accident we started contacting contractors in the area and we got all kinds of different responses such as , they won't even consider to giving an estimate if insurance companies are involved and if I ask for an estimate I need to sign a guarantee that I will go with the company for the project or they are entitle to charge me a fee just for the estimate. Once I talked to AAA Services Jim put me an ease that they could handle the work and provide an estimate with no strings. The estimate they provided came very close to the estimate from the insurance company so we decided to go with them. The work took about a month and they explained day by day who was coming out, what work was being done and how long it would take which was very much appreciated. After the work was completed the garage, laundry room and Den counter top has never looked better. Thanks to Jim, Allie, Joe and everyone at AAA Services and their sub contractors for getting our home back in working order with minimal disruptions. Scope of work. - Replaced the garage door. - Removed all the debris from the accident. - Rebuilt the wall frames, added new dry wall, textured and painted. - Rebuilt cabinets. - Replaced crack granite counter top. - Replaced the flooring."

"My client relationship with B&H Specialty Construction commenced when I hired David and his exceptional team for an opulent bathroom remodel following the devastation of Hurricane Ian. After an unfortunate termination of my previous contractor due to exorbitant pricing, I found solace in the expertise and value of B&H. Their cadre of skilled tradesmen exemplifies integrity and time-honored values, qualities for which I am profoundly grateful. From the outset, their work crews have consistently arrived punctually, infused with positive energy while they demonstrated kindness and respect for my property, pets, and family. They adeptly navigated challenges such as deteriorated flooring and termite damage with remarkable professionalism, providing timely, evidence-based solutions while minimizing additional costs. Their superior communication skills have proven invaluable; they consistently present clear, straightforward options, delineating the pros and cons of each. As a woman who has occasionally altered her vision during projects, B&H has managed my requests with exceptional flexibility and understanding. Their unwavering commitment to delivering meticulous craftsmanship is evident, which is why I have entrusted them with numerous projects across multiple properties, including: - Lavish bathroom remodel - Structural foundation stabilization and reconstruction of a pier construction, bayfront Sarasota, FL home - Conversion of a single bathroom into two distinct bathrooms - Comprehensive kitchen demolition and remodel, encompassing exterior wall reframing and siding replacement - Tailored cabinet, countertop, and backsplash design and installation - Installation of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and tile flooring - Bespoke bayfront window design and installation - Interior framing, drywall, painting, and installation of modern baseboards - Custom tongue and groove vaulted ceiling installation - Design and construction of an elegant front porch and steps - Driveway paver design and installation, pool cage, exterior patio, and expanded pool deck - Installation of quality exterior doors - Fireplace renovation - Construction of an interior laundry room from garage space - Comprehensive plumbing replacement - Electrical rewiring - Installation of new rain gutters - French drain system design and implementation, effectively preventing interior water intrusion during Hurricane Helene - Rip-Rap seawall construction and property grading with construction fill I confidently endorse B&H Specialty Construction to my friends, colleagues, and neighbors, assured they will be thoroughly impressed with the service and the substantial value added to their properties by selecting these reputable, local, contractors. "The best decision I made was hiring Adriano and his team. They were the most professional guys and absolute perfectionists. I was so impressed that Adriano spotted a baseboard installed wrong by my builder, and he immediately had his guys fix it. He also stained my baseboards to match my cabinets (exact color), and did little things that went above and beyond what another company would do. He takes a lot of pride in his work and unwilling to sacrifice aesthetics and quality. I wasn't in my home for most of the install, and his guys are very trustworthy. They intercepted my packages and took care to protect all my things. BUT most of all, I am so thrilled by the craftmanship. They did my entire house, had to level some areas, and had to work around some problematic stairs, even built stairs in my office, and took out the fireplace surround. I will be hiring Adriano to recreate my fireplaces and remodeling my bathrooms and any tile needs for the kitchen as I remodel. Thank you so much for your attention to detail, and your excellent crew!"

"Lamont did a great job on the many items I needed done. I had a list of work to be done but was having trouble finding one person who could or would do them all. After much searching I found Lamont and read his great reviews. Now I know why. He was able to complete everything on my list! From installing new storm door, replacing interior doors and hardware, repairing holes and painting closets, hanging ceiling fans, cutting marble backsplash and installing, etc. He is very patient and listens to what you want then completes the work nicely. He is polite, respectful, and professional. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly and completed the work in the amount of time estimated and for the price quoted. I highly recommend him for anything you need done and when I need something he is the only person I'll be calling.... I am very thankful to have found him."
