"The workers were very interested in making sure that we were getting the best deal we could. He had our best interest at heart and wanted to make sure we weren't over charged. They always showed up when they were supposed to, and we were happy with the service they provided."

"Had issue with septic tank overflowing when heavy use such as washing multiple loads of laundry. Had 2 other septic tank companies and both immediately went to "you need to replace your drain field". No analysis or testing just straight to the $10 K to $12 K estimates. Then Jeff from Tampa Bay Plumbers came out and explained their process. The end quote for a new drain field was about 4-5 k less depending upon if we had to have a a pump also installed. That was awesome to hear in itself. But first he said that we should do the following, pump out the tank and then get to the distributor box and see if may be something was wrong there. Wow he was going to actually diagnose the problem. Refreshing. So their techs came out the next day, one pumped out the tank while the other dug around the distributor box. Low and behold the box was filled with sludge. The system is over 20 years old. He thoroughly cleaned out the box and tank of sludge and the pipes leading into the drain field. Those too had some sludge about 2 feet from the box but he was able to clear them as well. So although we suspect the drain field may need replacement in the future, we think we have a few more years before that is needed and appreciate a company who wants your business by not jumping to the most expense "fix" when it is NOT necessary. Professionalism and honesty earns them my plumbing and septic work from now on. If you are smart you will always call them to at least get a quote for any of your plumbing needs."

"Eli came at a moment's notice to check out the dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was professional and friendly and explained exactly what the issue was. He was able to stop the disposal from draining into the dishwasher and made sure the dishwasher was able to drain the water after each use. He explained how to avoid this issue in the future. I am so glad Eli was flexible and able to help us right away."

"We moved into our new home with a well 5 years ago.  No one had lived in it for several years.  The existing system had never been used.  (After the house was built it went into foreclosure - we had a several year old, brand new house as no one lived in it). So, the existing well/water system was brand new, unused but had also been neglected as it just sat there.  We had no idea what to do, was the system worth keeping? do we start completely over with a new one? The water that came out of our faucets smelled horrible, so we knew something needed to be done.  After trying to figure out things on our own, calling around and speaking to companies who wanted to replace the whole thing, we got Steve's number from a neighbor (we are each on 1 acre w/ well water and septic) and he took all the worries away.  He serviced what we had, made some recommendations that were very wise, added a tank and some other items for a fraction of the cost of what everyone else recommended.  Besides a few maintenace type repairs over the years (which are always completed in an extremely prompt, fairly priced fashion), everything runs great.  The company also now does monthly maintenance for the chlorine/saline (I really don't know what it is) and keeps things running smoothly.  I don't even have to think about it - our water is wonderful, smells great, taste great.

"Absolutely HANDS DOWN would Highly recommend. ? They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. Many Thanks and now my Go-To! Jess."

"Tampa Bay K&B Design has done 3 projects for us. We’ve been very pleased with the products, the installers and especially Marco who did a fantastic job on floor tiling and backslashes besides being a wealth of information. Thanks to all of kitchen design cabinets team highly recommended!!"

"This was the best home improvement purchase and installation in my 27 years of owning my house. That may seem excessive, but it's true. Adriano who both sold the flooring and supervised the installation team from Seven Golden Floors, Was straightforward with his delivery promises and accurate with his price estimates. The flooring from The Noble Floors was priced well below other brick and mortar stores and equal to the best prices online. Also, while an online store delivered through FedEx and left a box of flooring on the front porch, the installation team brought their flooring over themselves and into the living room - a great relief to me. The installation was perfectly done requiring repair and installation of some baseboards as well as other tricky parts. There's a good reason these people are so highly rated here."

"Eric from Wesley hydro getting came out and unclogged my sink and did amazing work and was very nice"

"Dan called to ask if it was convenient for him to come today to check my system. I really, really appreciate when people call ahead because I have big dogs, and Dan always calls. He arrived about 20 minutes later and checked the salt container and the chlorine reservoir. I mentioned to him that one of the tubes had slipped of place last week but I was able to deal with it. He proceeded to completely disassemble the tubing system, did whatever magic he does, and voila, good as new. He did not charge me for the repair even after I asked him to.  This is truly a conscientious business that cares very much that you are happy with your service. I highly recommend them.
